QLD Rockhampton and CQ Zed cruise 12th September 2010

    Hey guys, I'm proposing a Rocky and CQ Zed cruise this Saturday (the 5th) if we can get enough interest (already know of a few non forum members who have expressed an interest). Proposing that we meet up at my place, have a bit of a meet and greet, and hook up Conzult if needed. Then cruise down to the beach for the afternoon and hopefully get a few photos. Bit late notice but would still be good to get all the locals together finally for a meet up :br:

    There's also the possibility of going to the monthly car show that evening afterwards, would be good to have a show of Zeds there for a change instead of just 'stangs and commodores :zlove:

    If you ask me it's smartass comments like that one that are slowly sending this forum downhill. As for time, well I've been on here almost 2 years and there's never even been talk of a cruise here before, so this is surely better than nothing atleast I'm pulling my finger out and trying ffs.

    Decided to postpone this cruise until next weekend Sunday 12th.

    did this end up going ahead mate? i live down bundaberg way.. and wanted to see how many zeds were in the CQ Area.. E.g Mackay, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay etc... and possibly get a place to meet in the middle and have a decent zed meet in the near future?

    Never really took off, there was only me and 2 other guys in the end. Everyone was too busy/had work etc. so would need a fair bit of planning. However after the lack of general enthusiasm shown last time I'm not sure if I could really be bothered again.

    ahhh damnn.. ey.. yeah just seems a bit far to drive down to gold coast events etc.. so was thinking if people wanted to make a event up the central way of qld.. i guess the only way to find out is make a thread of interest from people in qld and then work out a date after a certain amount of people say they are coming.
