Hi, I need to repair the wire on the reversing light switch on the RHS of the gearbox. Does anyone know if this can be accessed from inside the car by removing the centre consol and the plate where the gear lever comes through? Or do I have to drop the gearbox down? I can't reach up far enough from beneath the car with the GB in situ.
