I have searched the threads but if i've missed it, please link me.

I need to know how to remove the lower cover (black metal cover with the timing numbers on it)
I have removed what looks to be all bolts, i have it on a hoist so i can get a good view of underneath. And it moves left to right and feels as if it should come out... But no luck.

    Picture from tech section:[IMG]

is there a rubber seal or something else holding it on?

    thanks for Any help.

To get that cover off you have to remove the crank pully, removeing the water pump is covered in the tek section, look there, it's straight forward.
