Sorry if this is considered a random question, BUT... has anyone replaced the hatch glass and is it even possible to get it done? Wondering what that much glass would cost? Cheers, Jordan
should get a window person to come out and put it in... but you should buy a 2nd hand glass because its wayyy cheaper... remember hearing something like 700 for the glass alone or something stupid shameless plug. i have a 2+0 hatch for sale.
x2 I used o'brien to replace the glass on my hatch, cost me about 800 bucks 2nd hand, installed and they came to me. nissan qouted me at 1400 for it
Had mine removed and refitted (not replaced) a few months ago when I had the hatch repainted. I had all new Nissan window seals fitted as well which I got from Coz for around $180. That was for the top seal, main seal that runs down the sides and bottom of the glass and the two small corner trim pieces. Cost to remove and refit was only $45 to remove and $45 to reinstall but would probably cost more than this usually. (The Panel shop get a better rate and only charged me that)
