Finally got the new rotors from Caz on and while i was down there i painted the calipers aswell, really happy with how they turned out, although i expected it to stand out bit more through the black rims To my surprise the RDA rotors are slightly thinner or the same thickness as my stock ones, which are 16y.o , anyone here knows what is the expected life of the RDA ones, i would hate to think i have to change them in 2-3 years time...
I wasn't the only one who did this this weekend!! we could have had a mini tech day!!! the black and silver looks heaps good! i think it looks real classy!! :zlove:
Thx Haylz, i saw your ones aswell, they look great, you shouldve tried matching your calipers with the car body, that baby blue would stand out a lot to show off that big 324mm brakes...just a thought.
yeah that's my plan. i'm getting some of the left over paint off the guy who sprayed my car. but i thought i'd make it silver in the meantime.....i've got a little Zed model i might paint too!!!
