I posted a link on the JUN BRZ in the Non Z Related section.
There are a few videos on YouTube of this vehicle, in one of them it shows an engine shot & clearly visible is a large yellow coloured plastic funnel stuck in the top of the radiator.

This funnel is a Lisle Spill Free Funnel 24680.

This could be a viable solution to the trapped air problem encountered by more than one forum member when refilling the coolant.
The funnel comes with various adapters so it can be used on different styles of radiators.
There is also a video of how to use this funnel on YouTube if you want to look for it.
Anyway, it is available on ebay at $80.00 if anyone is interested.
They are cheaper in the US, but by the time you add in postage it will work out more expensive.
I know some will baulk at the price tag, that's OK you can always use an 80cent plastic bucket or an empty coke bottle.
I'm not affiliated in any way concerning the sale of this item, merely sharing the info.

Yeah for $80, just make your own from an empty water bottle and a rubber grommet :p

Bought one years ago and the amount of use its had it has paid for itself many times over. You can get them locally from auto one etc; keep an eye out for catalogue sales.

I use a square red funnel from super cheap fits the radiator neck perfect, no leaks. Fill up halfway when bleeding.

The difference between the Lisle product and a funnel is that the Lisle seals against the inside step of the radiator neck to a) create a positive seal and b) block off the overflow outlet.

Nah, it does seal and blocks the overflow nipple. Fits snug and does not leak.

Fitting snug is a very different thing to a positive seal...
