I have posted here before about a bracket that broke on my rear subframe which holds one of the control arms. I currently have the zed for sale but i am wondering how hard and what is involved in taking out the rear subframe so that i can take it to work and get it repaired or is it something which will save alot of headache to leave it on and repair it while attached?

Here are some pics of the broken mount:

the rear sub frame is held on by the rear struts and 4 bolts, the rest its just a case of undoing all the ancillary pipe work for the Hicas (unless deleted) rear oil cooler / break pipes. it should then drop to the floor and roll out from under the car if you have it high enough. HTH

EDIT, dont forget the prop shaft lol
