Looks like the forward bush on the driver side rear lower control arm is stuffed!

Initially thought it was the ball joint but there is visibly 1-2mm movement in the forward bush.

So doing some research it looks like my options are Whiteline, Hardrace, Energy Suspension or Nismo.

Any recommendations? Has anyone replaced these before?

I have nismo bushes front and rear, their hard , going from stock bushes to nismo in hindsight was not really necessary, I still have the stock bushes and have thought about putting back in, if it wasn't for the pressed in fit, I'd do it. Your choises are limited, I'd be going for the sofest option.

Was going to say it’s a race car -Nismo! I need to get some toe rod bushes ex Japan, let me know if you’re interested in sharing postage costs.

Yes I think Nismo would be the better choice. PM me how much you can get a set for me for inc post, probably should also do the ball joints while I'm at it. TBH at the moment though I may just swap them out for another set of stockies from the silver zed I scrapped, they appear to be good condition, just need a new boot on the ball joint.

I had energy suspension bushes in mine. No complaints.

How long you had them in for Chrispy?
Did you do just the lower control arm bushes or did you use the whole kit?

Probably ran them for 2 years, but only a few thousand k's. Full energy suspension kit excluding subframe mounts and tension rod ends. With Tein's.
