Am thinking about organising a GB for these strut bars (mainly so I can get one myself). Am advised that they were sold by Nissan but reliably informed no longer available from Japan. So, first step does anyone have one that we could RE and get made. The end brackets could be painted in the colour of your engine bay. regards Neddey
I'd be interested... As for who has one... Well I know that Caz (Forum nic: Caz1) from CazRacing.com has one, and I recall hearing that only one other forum member in Oz had one... I'd love to have one, but since they don't make 'em anymore I thought I'd have to miss out... :bash: If you can swing a GB on these you should have MASS interest! Sign me up and good luck! i wouldnt say mass interest....as its been done not so long ago....if i wasnt wrong either caz1 organised a GB or was involved in one.......though they were still pricy...well for me anyways....like $300...
So to clarify -you are looking for someone who has one of these bars so as you can copy it? Don't like your chances I know of two members with this brace and I doubt very much that they would give it up...

Just checked some old posts and the photo is of Caz1's car and the bar originally came from Smithysplace, but was told no longer doing them. I will contact Caz1. regards
Hi Neddy, The bar is genuine Nissan, it didn't come from Smithy's. I will be doing a run of them soon, my bar is already with the cnc guys and the program is just being fine tuned. It will be slightly different but of the same high quality as the Nissan Bars, polished billet Alloy. I will let everyone know when they are ready to go, Caz..
I'll add to the EOI myself... (Also certain that other NZ club members are keen as well.) Curious, what are the differances you intend to implement in the design?
Looking at approx 2 weeks, I only ordered 10 to begin with, still dont have a price but they wont be cheap, they are 6061 Billet Alloy, very similar in style and finish to the Nissan one in my Zed, the brackets will be powder coated. These are being made locally, not offshore, so I know they will be well made with quality materials.
