........I absolutely must fly a flag for this guy, Sam who runs the place in Sydney.:thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: ........his aftersales service has been unbelievable Short Story is - I bought some wheels and tyres for Karen's Zed over 18 months ago. Did not get much satisfaction from the sales guy at the time but persisted and eventually got it all sorted. After about 6 months a bad wobble appear in the front end. I was told by three (3) tyre "experts" that it was one of the front wheels. Got back to the Tempe salesman and he did not want to know. eventually got onto the Boss, Sam and he said that he had sacked that guy and for me to send down the wheel and tyre. Turns out it was actually the tyre, so Sam replaced the tyre with a new one, and sent the wheel and tyre back to me at no charge. HE ALSO PAID FOR THE FREIGHT OF THE WHEEL AND TYRE DOWN in the first instance.:biggrin: WOW great stuff. All this was finally sorted out only recently. .......If you have a hassle there, insist on talking to Sam
I bought my wheels from them a few years back, no dramas, were flexible people let us mix the deal around a little Great price for the wheels back then Very prompt service.
i also got my new wheels from Sam at Tempe,and had no problems at all,great interstate service,i would deal with them again anytime
i have to agree, they had very quick interstate delivery. the phone call wall quick, they got all the info they needed within a few mins. i would deal with them again also

no not the best comments on quality of the wheels and the quality of the tyres used in packages, tempe are seen as the kmart of tyres in sydney ie if you want cheap shit thats where you go,
thats why i got my tyres separate,all they want to push is el cheapo nankang,whoever has these tyres on their car needs to go and visit a shrink,slicks in the wet,noisy in the dry 0/10 :bash: :bash:
We got them to put on the tyres so they would fit and balance them...which was part of the cost anyway...but we got Sumotomo's which funnily enough makes some parts for the OEM 300zx They also are the parent company for the business my dad works for...lmao Would love Bridgestone's but they are SOOOO pricey!

Got my rims from them, (Tempe) and im 1100ks away.. Just to be difficult I ordered one rim, then the other 3 about 5 weeks later.. Had absolutly no problems what so ever... :biggrin: They were great...
LOL sorry im not sure what his name is but my brother got tyres from them the other day and said it was the best price from any dealer on the coast. They are just near the Real Estate and bottle shop on the David Low way just past the Twin Waters turn off Maroochydore end
Yeh i had the spiderweb bbs gold rims(which supposivly are hell expensive) and it came with the car with bridgestons wrapped 18"z. Supposivly one tyre is 550. Anyways i watched top gear(which u all probably watched too) and they were testing the new ferrari out, which replaces the 360. Anyways the 360 bet the new ferrari around the track by a bit but it was noted that the new ferrari came with bridgestons while the old one had Pierreliz(however u say it)... mind u i want to get kumho just coz of the name......haha.....sounds funny IMO:biggrin:
......Jeremy Clarkson....... .....actuallyy bagged hell out of the Bridgestones that night. He said whatever you do when you buy a Fazza F430, get them to rip the Bridgestones off, they are rubbish. It is a wonder he was not sued????:biggrin:

Service on site was absolute arrogant crap. What a bunch of .......... Its good to hear that you got sorted out Street to strip but you did have to go the top in the end. Its the impressions and service gained from the staff who are actually working and interacting with people face to face that count. IMHO
