i'm always browsing through yahoo auctions looking for cool or rare parts for everything from a zed, to a r33 to my s13... thought maybe a good idea to start up a thread on here for those who do the same and notice the odd bargain that you may not be interested in, but someone else will. like this, i noticed someone talking about this the other day... http://translate.google.com/transla...h/auc?p=300zx&auccat=26318&alocale=0jp&acc=jp at that price i'm guessing it would be around $450, if you go through jesse streeter he'll act as the import broker, he charges a way smaller fee than importmonstar and has an awesome if not the best trader/importer rep i know of. hehehe...check out the dildo shifter in the zed, never seen those in a 300zx before. how JDM lol with the translator its easy to shop around, gets a little tricky but you get used to it, when you want to buy email the guy in my sig, send him the link and go from there, never has a problem with just general questions about items and always replys to emails within a day of sending them... hahaha http://translate.google.com/transla...h/auc?p=300zx&auccat=26318&alocale=0jp&acc=jp 300zx massage tool... tein z32 coilovers for 3,400 yen! = $43.60!!!!! http://translate.google.com/transla...h/auc?p=300zx&auccat=26318&alocale=0jp&acc=jp side mirrors with in built indicators http://translate.google.com/transla...h/auc?p=300zx&auccat=26318&alocale=0jp&acc=jp
Did check few options but don't get fooled with the price in the listing. Looking for a engine which will cost 600 AUD and after all commission and fees AUD 1750 by import monster. Unless you are in melbourne it is pointless. Everything has to come via melbourne if you use import monster.
really, how do you know "jess streeter" ive been importing parts through business's for the last 4 years.
???? not sure if you said you've been importing through him for years or how well do i know him. if you want to look him up a quick search on google will bring up his website, or go onto NS and search his name, i dont think theres ever been a bad thing said about him. i've emailed him about some volk TE37's a few times and he is definatly very helpfull when it comes to buying things off yahoo auctions.
I've used him (after that bloody slidewize debacle...) & I must agree its a good service & he's a top bloke. That said I've used importmonster too & I'll say the same, good service, great blokes. With importing any broker could be expensive or cheap, it depends how cheap you source the parts for. I must admit though directzx, while i appreciate jesse's a top bloke & the service is excellent you do come across as a bit of a fanboy... just tone the advertising down a touch. cheers, Tim
lol.. wasnt advertising in this thread, he just happens to be the person i use to bring parts in from Jland lol
Rare parts Love this one. The size is about 350 mm. I like massaging. Ii might as ornament. The wood is maple. Made in Taiwan. I do not know what's about time. DATSUN 300ZX.The naming DATSUN 300ZX is unthinkable, and I think it's Fairlady Z. Please state decisions about your product in the photo. ROLF.
You guys are getting ripped You pay people to send you parts from Japan? Man you are getting ripped I just use my father in law... he is almost 70, easy to reach as he is at home alot and most the time covers the postage as he has trickets for the wife/kids to send over so my gear gets a free ride. Or if im really stretched I get my cousin to do it hes been there 7 years and wont come home... 2000 model TT manual zed as a personal import on his passport is in the works.... well it would be if I had the cash Alot of the auctions on Yahoo Japan are payment using something called 'kantan keesai' or in english 'easy quick payment' I thinks it their equivalent of Paypal, So if you can over come the communication problem paying shouldnt be a drama, but getting them to post to AU thats another story. I was over in March was trying to find the time to open up one of these bad boys: Japan Net Bank, http://www.japannetbank.co.jp/ it lets you transfer money the most common way (furikomi) over the net which all Yahoo Auction peoples accepts, with most banks you need to go to the branch and fill out a form, unfortunately most banks havent really caught onto internet banking... lacks the personal service and attention the Japanese customer wants
