Could be air in the system.
Someone here suggested drinking a 2 litre bottle of Coke, cut a hole in the bottom so you can invert the empty bottle over the radiator opening while the engine is idling, long enough for the thermostat to open enough and let any trapped air out. The radiator fluid will then flow back into radiator because air is out. You can top up now before it gets hot.

If you try any of this with hot engine then you'll find fluid under pressure and getting everywhere. Be careful, wear gloves and eye protection if unsure what you are doing.

    More information required!

You neglected information in your question.....

How much coolant is flowing out?
Is the vehicle on level ground?
Where is the fluid level in relation to the top of the filler neck when you take the cap off prior to starting the car?
Does the coolant start flowing out immediately you start the car or shortly thereafter?

Two reasons that would cause the coolant to flow out the radiator with the cap removed are:
The rotation of the water pump impeller in addition to thermal expansion.

    Got a question.....

How will the neck of the 2 litre Coke bottle seal against the radiator filler neck?
If there is not an adequate seal between the Coke bottle & the radiator, the coolant in the Coke bottle will leak out of the radiator filler neck.

As above, thermal expansion. Water expands as it heats up.

Thanks for your reply and well if i start the car with cap off or without the cap off same thing happens, the cars on level ground,if i leave the car on it will just keep flowing out its always full before i start the car and it comes out immediately after i start it

If the engine is not overheating & you are not losing coolant, it sounds like it's normal.
When you mention the radiator is always full before you start the car, this is a good sign as it indicates the coolant overflow tank recovery system is operating correctly.

You cut the bottom off leave the cap on and make a hole in it, elec tape takes up the slack. Pretty simple workshops around the work use this method. 1.25lt works better as its thinner but just as long. I used this method for years on different radiators then I discovered the red square funnel at super cheap that fits the z32 radiator perfect.
