i'd be interested in a set, if they'll come with proper rails, i had a set of recaro, tried to put them on a silvia with custom rails, it was a pita and at last i gave up, if on the z the rails are similar i highly suggest to get the proper ones
As i said earlier, funds aren't gret right now but i would love a pair of the sued recaro's. What time frame are we looking for this group buy to kick off?

im going to be look There located in Doncaster East. Im going to look at theses on Friday as i contacted him off ebay last week. I most likely wont be going through with the group buy though as my parents may be buying them for me for my 18th birthday next month. Ill post up here what the RECAROS are like. cheers daniel
Just be aware that they ARE NOT Genuine Recaro's and/or Brides(they are Chinese knock-off's)and will most likely NOT be approved for CAMS or Australian ADR's(this doesn't necessarily mean they are unsafe to use, just not sanctioned by the relevant Authorities).

As mentioned before these will be ADR approved and he has already got the brides approved with the recaros to be done today i think. 2 tested to be carried out: 1 bending moment test: load the seat with the horizontally, apply xxx amount of bending moment at at the bottom of the driver position, which can be done by putting some weight at 0.5m away from the bottom position of the driver to achieve the required torque. some deformation is allowed but no overall breaking on the structure or seeat. this is to duplicate the force on the seat from acceloration or car being hit from the back. 2 pull the seat by vertically by certain factor weight of the seat, this is the test duplicate during frontal damge to see if the rail capable holding the seat. if the seat passed these two test, summit the report and they are approved automatically.
