hi guys ihave been looking around for a front bar and sideview mirrors for a while . ive jus been quoted $ 600 for a vs c1 or c2 (either) front bar painted and fitted . 200 $ plus fitting for ganador style side view mirrors. the place claims the mirrors are a universal fit for sports nissans ( skylines , 180 sx , silvia's ) does this sound awrite ??
Yeah, sounds about right. Do yourself a favour though and buy a urathane front bar. Quite a bit more expensive initally but it'll save you dollars in the long run. See street to strip in the "For Sale By Business" Section
Yeah, but the VS C2 is horribly ugly... And it is really, REALLY low, if you have lowred suspension it will sit about 40mm off the ground...
lol !! true .....ugly to some ..over aggressive to some .. ..but im after either of the vs bumpers . my suspension is'nt lowered though..opted for bigger rims instead.
pretty sure the only front bars bar stock/2000 available are from american companies, such as the greddy and bomex ones currently available from street to strip... never heard of veilside being available in anything but fibreglass and cardboard
I had a fibreglass veilside on my last car wouldnt go one again too light and fluffy. They also protrude out much further than a stock one so no good for driveways or speedhumps. The kangaroo was the best thing that ever happened to that bar
