I agree, I would consider ASAP a civil way of asking to get in touch promptly.

mmm, i dunno why but i hear asap and mean here and now but if u say as soon as possible it seem to come out nicer...

but sorry mate we will talk... thought if you talk to anyone or read any of the other posts we are heavily snowed under atm so even if i was to see you next week we cant touch your car for atleast 2-3 months.

well the cruise is next weekend... so come to that and you can meet the boys and go from there.. i dont think there is another tech day planned yet but we were thinking of putting one on at our workshop so pplz can come down and have a chat... its a panel beating shop not a mech shop but still. floor space and beer is all you need for a tech day.. hah

Oh, quick question for fiberZ, kind of relates to your sig - as your ride has a brazillian.

My old stocko spoiler had a bubble when I bought it, and then it grew & grew & grew some more, then it popped. So now I have a spoiler with a huge hole in it.

Now just say I want to remove the damaged spoiler & replace it with an aftermarket one that is raised (not in contact with the boot) - like a half size F40 wing, what is involved?

Can I just replace one with the other, or will I have to do a brazillian first, and then install the aftermarket spoiler?

How hard/how much is the cost of doing a brazillian?

Thanks, and sorry to keep asking questions, my mechanical knowledge is small, but I am trying to learn as much as I can.

haha na thats cool though its more asthetics then mechanical...

there are a few holes to weld up when you take the spoiler off and then they will need to be bogged and smoothed off and repainted.. so yeah pretty much need to go shaven haven before you put a new one on... talk to Cresta about a 3rd panel infil for your brake light...

it can be done and your looking at about $500 to re do your boot, if you want to take it elsewhere for cheaper and then bring it to us to install your wing sure...

actually, I think I will just take it to you, maybe we can do the brazillian at the same time that we do the kit fit and paint. I will go brazillian for a while and see how I like it, and then if I still want it I may get a wing and get it fitted at a later date.

    Sound good?
