Had a great day, Thank you Emanuel, and great to see the crew again (two weekends running now).

Looks like 1 weeks break, and then a cruiZe through Canungra (you little rippa).

Anyway, I'll post my pics later.

Oh, and thanks Rob and Mark for your assistance tracking down the A/Con wiring so my Aux fan works all the time when the aircon is on, and never on when the aircon is off.

MikeA & R33K regained lost RWKW, others found oil leaks, whilst MYREDZED lost more rear tyre rubber ...and Brenton, well Brenton just ... err, was he actually there

NB: The Canungra cruise you refer to Greg, it's on November 6th!

Dr Emmanuel came through again and found my annoying boost leak which i have heard for quite some time, but not located, with the aid of his 'doctors and nurses' kit. :wacko:

ScotZ came for a test drive, and low and behold, easily the 230+ RWKW was back! i think he left early to change his underwear. :LOL: WD scott, i never saw anyone do poopy so bad! Maybe it was the getting airborne part when accelerating up that back road?

The fun didnt last long... the Duct tape i borrowed from Z4Lifes dead hamster that i retreived (with the aid of his gloves) only held the boost leak for 10 mins, once it heated up... average power came back :thumbsdown:

I didnt see that actually happen between Kzed and Zed4life, it was marks gloves that gave it away for me. Mark certainly seemed to be enjoying himself didnt he? :LOL:

I recomend AMEC, used them all year, never had a problem, very thorough :thumbsup: He has saved many a Zed including

When i bought my car from a mate, it ran and sounded like shit. Now it goes like #$%#$%# (ask scottz) and sounds great!

My Z's spending the next few days there getting a few parts replaced. Should be back on the road mid - late next week.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out, i think my car had twice as more problems as anyone else's!

Not really Yianni, your car has just been neglected for longer than most IMO. Most other people have similar probs with their zed but have had things fixed as they occur. No fault of yours as you've only recently bought it...

Don't sweat it, you're almost there with it... as we discussed, hang in there and all the probs will eventually be sorted and you can enjoy your zed again!

 

I think I found some of my missing 71RWKW

Thanks to Mark and Rod they diagnosed I have a faulty det sensor which was putting every thing back in to safety mode, will go for a bypass in the short term,

Sorry I had to leave early but had booked my car in for a spot paint touch up looks fantastic.

I can recomend Duco Magic Greg Feam mobile 0407 826 828 all polishing done by hand no machines , the best $198 I have spent

.. that "wurth" system cleaner you mentioned and showed us .. tried to get it at repco, autobarn and super cheap today .. no luck and repco say it can only be purchased direct from "wurth" ,,, which seems a bit odd .. appreciate advice as to where to buy it..??

NOTE FOR FLAME AND BARON: flame, where were you .. still have your "blower uperer" ..!!!!??? ..and for baron, ..bad news, gave your b/uperer to another silver zedder .. so back to the drawing board to make the first of prototype 3 for you ...!!!!:wacko::wacko::wacko:
