    Hi All,

I am investigating springs for my Zed. I was wondering if anyone has any input on Progressive rate springs for a zed. I would like them to be approximately 35 mm lower than standard....

at present i have researched Tein S-tech springs.. But reading through the product specs they only lower 5mm at the front and thats it...

Pedders can meet the criteria i am looking for as well as King.

Apparently there is a company in Liverpool (Sydney) called "All springs" who can custom make springs to your requirement.

the application would be for street driving mostly with the odd 1/4 mile run.. I have a set of AGX Adjustable shocks already...

Look forward to your feed back...

    Terry

and agx shocks make a great combo. The eibach's lower the ride hight 25mm. I have the eibach springs and adjustable agx shocks on my zed, very happy with both:)

Doing a search for the KYB AGX shocks brings a few mentions of eibach springs. This seems to be the most common conbination.

I'm wondering for those who do have the AGX shocks, what setting they have them on? I'll probably install mine this weekend.

HI TERRY,READ THIS THREAD AND SEE WHAT ZRATED HAS TO SAY,SIMON
zrated says (I'm going TEIN S.Tech Springs.... They drop your ride 35mm at the front and 21mm at the rear and are good for the price... $299 delivered (approximately).

Initially i thought the same thing.. But i researched the catalogue for Tein S tech springs and according the manufacturer they do not lower the rear at all and the front 5mm. Spring rate is approx 8kgf/mm as well.

If someone has installed them and has them fitted i would be interested to see the difference.. Further more.. If my information is correct it will actually raise the car ever so slightly, due to the fact that the springs would have sagged over the years....

Does Eibach have a local distributor in sydney that i can contact?
