Problem replacing TX valve

    I recently replaced the a/c TX valve and the ventilation fan started running constantly on max speed. The diagnostics on the fan control amp made no sense. I eventually discovered the heatsink on the back of the fan control amp is live whenever the fan is on and this was shorting on the copper capilliary tube on the TX valve. Just something to be aware of.
