Any ideas on how much a rear main seal will cost me to have replaced, and anything else i should get done while that work is being done?

Brenton .... HELLO & WARNING re Cresta

Good to see ya mate :) we've missed you!

If Big John offers to replace your rear main seal, be very wary ;), I was at Cresta yesterday & can assure you it's a scary place - BJ got me up on the forklift (I was looking for parts) and he left me there literally hanging from the rafters for ages while supping his coffee ... Zed4life's posted about similar experiences

I think he gets off looking up your shorts, or he may be a control freak ... just be warned, ok.:(

    ;)

I don't know why you are bagging John, he saved me heaps in shipping by sending me all my [50% off] spare door windows in lots of small pieces along with a 500Ml jar of super glue.

    I gotta say mate...

...you are a brave son-of-a-bitch to let John anywhere near your 'rear seal...' I remember how I felt after he 'fitted my gauge rings' - I couldn't sit down for a week! :( :( :(

Dropped in on John last week to show him the the Bling Beast, and found him to be the perfect gentleman. He thinks he( or his other company) imported mine in 1996

I'm glad to see you are all having fun

    at my expense!
The forklift- rafter trick is usually reserved for Mark Field but seeing as though Rob and Mark are bum buddies(literally) I figured I would extend the same courtesy.
Rob, its not me that enjoys looking up your shorts, its the gorilla I have working here. Whenever you guys leave he disappears for a while...not sure whats going on between you and he but he SURE likes you! He always talks about how nice you are and how he thinks that the marsupial growing on your top lip turns him on.

HENPECKED: Geoff, I thought I was doing the right thing by saving you some freight. I tell you what, its amazing how much room can be saved by smashing the glass first, rather than wrapping it in one piece. I couldnt beleive I fitted two doorglass, two 1/4 glass and some rear calipers in such a small box!
The tube of superglue is obviously free of charge but you may have received the KY by mistake. The two tins of KY were supposed to be sent to Zed4life and K-zed. Could you redirect at your earliest convenience please...I believe they have their weekly "over 50 mens rights for same sex marriage" meeting on this weekend!

BARON: Yes Vic, that is definately the same car we imported all those years ago and I can tell you that the first Oz owners paid around $50K for it. It still looks like it did the day we sold it....except now with a lot more bling!

MR G: LOL, Again, it wasnt me that did your rear seal, it was the gorilla I have working here. The guage rings were easy to install, the gorilla on the other hand, said that he had quite a time with your rear seal! He said that it looked brand new and didnt know why he had to re-install your seal but he is looking forward to when it becomes worn out so he can give it another crack!!!!

Until the next installment Zedders, same zed time, same zed channel

Dear Mr Cresta, on behalf of zed4life (who

is too emotionally scarred to comment) we represent a new foundation called Cresta Victims Support Group.

CVSG is about providing support and counselling to victims of the Cresta experience. All too often the phone is ringing off the hook with tale after sordid tale of victims who innocently enough were looking for spare parts for their zed only to be seduced into looking for alledgedly new spare parts in a special place only to wake up out of a daze (presumably the date rape drug smuggled into their 'coffee') to find themselves 25 feet in the air hanging by the forklift, their undergarments missing with a maniacal "Big John" (As he likes to call himself despite repeated denial by his better half) driving the forklift with one hand (no prizes for guessing where the other hand is) goggle eyed looking up their nether-regions with a sick grin and drooling.

This abuse has gone on far too long. We are planning a protest rally outside Cresta at a future date where we propose the castration of "Big-John" (a very small pair of tweezers should be more than we need). This should provide some closure for the thousands of victims of this repugnant abomination...

Victims needing more immediate support should visit this help site.

    yours 'warmly'
