hey guys. theres a pipe/tube thing which goes over the back of my engine, and i need to check the coilpack which is underneath this. i need to take it off to get to the coil/spark plug etc

so i wanted to know if theres fluid thru it? and if yes then what exactly is it? and how i go about taking it off okay

    i got a pic to show :)

also i was wondering if anyone had new/or 'as good as' coilpacks? im pretty sure ill only need one.

or if theres anywhere i can buy em?

    Adz_79 I do it in a Zed

The Thicker tube bolted to the actual plenum, is the balance pipe. No fluids, so safe to take off. Just make sure you grab the o rings before they fall in. The smaller one in front is your fuel lines.

Balance pipe may be removed no problem.

Pm me for coils, I got plenty here.

Coil connectors ussually need to be replaced because the are brittle and easily broken, this can lead to bad connection and a missfire.

Why do you need a new coil?

Note: beware not to crossthread the balance pipe bolts when you're bolting it back down. It's very easy to crossthread aluminium (what the plenum is made out of).
