QLD PEX's Gympie Sleepover tech day with no sleep and huge hangovers - OH MY J***D

I hope you all had a blast.
Was like Warwick all over again, but we missed Haylz and Karl and Andymac.
Still we made our own fun, and we didn't have to worry about curfews or keeping neighbours awake.
Best bonfire award goes to Fate the pyromaniac.
Best sober but drunk award goes to Black Baz, with a perfect 10 scored for his backflip down the embankment and his "can can" dance, followed closely in second place by Benny_C with his reverse gymnastic backward chair roll down the same enbankment.
Looking at Cindy's sunburm, it's apparent that saliva is not a good sunblock (makes note for future . Hands a copy of note to Benny for reference)
Even K-Zed didn't surface until 8:30 (a new record)
It was great to facilitate such a great weekend event. I'm keen to do it again next year, but hold it over a long weekend, so we can have 2 nights away.

To all that missed the night it, your loss was our gain. I'm sure you'll come next year.

It was the most useless tech day ever, but one of the best events ever (well was for me )

a great night was definately had by all......and made that extra bit special by all the finer touches that Pex and Tammy prepared (food primarily )....thanks guys.....i think it will take me till next year to get over this one :zlove:

At least 2 bonnets were popped today but little done other than some datascans as tech-day coordinator, Black Baz, was a little slow out of bed. Dunno why?

Nice to see some old faces, Russel Corbett with Cherie and new family - one 2y/o and another on the way. Good to meet new faces too ... although they looked a bit older this morning!
