Put my recently acquired adjustable KYB AGX shocks on over the weekend, and they are WAY too low, however i got no C-spanners with them. Not so sure if the spanners are the same or different to ones with other shocks, but is there anyone in SoR Perth (around Murdoch preferably) who can let me use theirs?

I have maybe 3 inches of clearance under the car if I'm lucky; I scrape the full length of the car along every single speed bump, and rub my front wheels against the guards when i'm turning. I know it's gonna be an instant defect if i get pulled over, and i can't afford to be taking the Zed over the pits.

If you do have them, or if you know that all the c-spanners are the same and have ones that i can use, please let me know ASAP! Cheers.

    What?

I have KYB AGX. But they don't come with spanners dude. They aren't coilover's so you can't adjust the height of them, only the ride firmness...and that's done by twisting the dial for the rears or using a small flat head screw driver for the fronts.

If the car is sitting too low, I would be looking at the springs you're using with the KYB's. What type do you have?

    Cheers
    Rob.

Did you get new springs with the shocks? You can't adjust ride height with KYB AGXs...

Are the spanners for those things universal or would be tracking em down be a pain in the ass?

just use a fat straight screwdriver or something flat at the end like a screwdriver and a hammer. tap the locking out of place and then adjust, then tap back into each other to lock...
