well what a huge day it was in the end,thanks to everyone who turned up on the day.... we had 27 cars run on the dyno and plenty of spectators so it was alot bigger than i expected,which is definately a good thing. the wa branch of the club made a huge :zlove: $186 profit so that will be going towards another event in the future.... i will post up results once ive put them in order....
thanks for organising it.. and risking having to fork out lotsa $ bit dissapointing to lose 15 hp since my dump pipe install but hopefully it's just a huge arse boost leak. with it running rich (10:1) and boost dipping from 14 to 11.. I can't imagine what else it'd be.

good job ross excellent turn out once again but thats to be expected with the WA mob now isnt it :zlove: I was happier in 2nd place which I held almost the whole day until Dub tweeked his gismos a little to make his car run like it should have the whole time (btw what was the reason for the poor first run?) cheers again

I wasn't surprised to see that I lost power from the previous dyno runs despite the exhaust and shockies going in since then. I blame the auto box, dodgy low fuel pressure etc... Manual conversion gets under way on Oct 2nd and then on to the fuel system (again ) I WAS surprised to see the power of both Luke and Josh's cars tho What the hell happened with Josh's car???? We need to find the root of the lack of power. Tech day anyone??? Cheers Rob

hey guys. thanks for letting me join in today and take home the winner of the "other" catagory (by default mind you) I though it was a pretty cool day, although i must appologise for my lack of sleep "zombie" like behaviour from last nights kalamunda shenanigans and forza racing till the wee hours. hope i didnt leave an unsocial first impression it was good to meet some top people and maybe shaq or spikey will invite me along to more outings. even tho its a skyline cheers guys! p.s can a mod please delete my first post in the wrong section.. thanks
dang, that makes 5 members in Nollamara. yeah I noticed they set the dyno for 3rd gear but I guess it could have been just for autos. I asked one of the guys running it and he said they're done in 4th.
i had a great day. Yeh my bro and i had a great day...was good to meet a few more members and some new ones... i was a lil dissapionted in my run (179.8rwkw) and yeh mike mine was done in 3rd gear as ends 160kph...but as im sure with everyone there is an excuse for the low power...yeh yeh i know!!...my clutch was slipping and they had to turn the boost down to 7psi from 1bar to get a constant reading oh well tis a pitty coz i know my car has run 228rwkw before here in bunbury! so look out simmo and dub when i get a new twin plate in!! Also thanks to dub for inviting us back to his, was a good laugh watching some footage off joshes camera from tumbleweed cruise and cruisen to dub's. ill put some photos up on monday when i unload the work camera oh and cheers to ross for orginising! great day! ryan
did anyone else with a tt manuel have there runs done in 3rd gear? Only reason I ask is coz I ran 200rwkw on 9 psi a while ago at hyperdrive in 4 th gear and yesterday I ran 194 rwkw with cooler, more boost and also highflow cats but in 3rd gear. Did this happen to anyone else?
