Bit of a strange one here.

Fuel pump is not cutting out when turning key onto ON position and is flooding the engine. Tested ECU and came back fine, new injector seals and a new injector, presure tested fine, new PTU and CAS is fine as well.
To get started, have to either keep pulling out the fuel pump connector behind seat and go in and out with it til it kicks, or a quicker method was to clutch start, that being the quicker and more effective option.
What could cause the fuel pump to over presurize the fuel rail and flood it and why isnt it cutting out after 2 seconds like normal...

Does it have a presure regulator somewhere and can that stuff up that way if so?

    Cheers,

    Matt :help:

Could be stuffed FPCU, maybe try bypassing it.

how do you know its flooding ... with efi engines its next 2 impossible 2 flood a engine. id say your stock pump is giving up the ghost. grab a new one.. they are cheap and if your still running a stocker its well beyond its used by date!!

Description: The Fuel Pump Relay allows a power signal to run the fuel pump. This is located on the drivers side inner kick panel.

    prvr solenoid

i would connect the fuel pressure regulator directly to the balance pipe and see if that helps as that will bypass the system that incresses fuel pressure for hot starting...
