Over hot engine

    I think I have done damage to my engine on 92 2 seat ZX. It got very hot and then blew the bottom radiator hose apart. Turbos etc all OK, so I think I have lifted the head so new gaskets I assume and a skim. It has to go to Adelaide as I am in Ayers Rock. anybody reccommend someone in Adelaide, and has anybody got any idea how much this might cost me???

    Please help as I am new to this ZX game!

    Mate

    mate get the head checked for straigtness, not just skimmed , if the heads are bent and you skim it, the cams will be tight. u might need to get it straightned then skimmed
