That looks exactly like what I have Mikey.

    OK Mikey
    Part number is 93094-42P10.
It would appear to be exactly the same as you show in picture so is obviously wrong!
    Regards MGR

    93094-42p10

    93094-42P10
Is listed as: LABEL, NAME REAR WINDOW
    Also as: LABEL, REAR
Used on Z32's from 07/1989 up to 09/1993.
It is the decal that is applied to the Series I rear spoiler when viewed from the rear.

    Thanks again EC.
Mine is an 04/92 Z32 but I am assuming that as I have the 3rd brake light I have the S2 version. Correct in thinking the early ones didn't have the embedded brake light?
Thank God you guys are there. On my own this would be like herding cats!
The 93094-48P00 includes both halves does it?
    Best regards

    93094-48p00

93094-48P00 is the TWIN TURBO decal.

It is a US Part Number & won't show up in a JDM search.

There were two styles of lettering, the above part number is for the later style which was used on Z32's built after 09/1993, these cars have the raised halo spoiler.

If your Z is a 1992 model you may want to order part number 93094-40P02, these cars are fitted with the common low spoiler.

OK Ron, now that we know what part you have and what we think you have had done, we can resolve the issue.

I assume you have had the new spoiler and 3rd brake light panel fitted as 2 separate panels, as per the 2 pics below:

As you can see, the top one has no decals at all, while the bottom one has a "Nissan Fairlady Z" decal applied on the left. Both these particular cars are N/A, so neither has a "Twin Turbo" decal. Both the above spoilers, as well as the type 2 OEM spoiler used from 9/93 and the later "2K" type spoiler used from 1998 have a wing surface that only contacts the hatch at the sides or on legs, and none of these wings have CHIMSLs (Centre High Mount Stop Lights), thus requiring the 3rd brake light panel that was under your original Veilside wing.

I'm not sure if you have the separate smaller decals to put on your 3rd brake light (personally, I prefer the clean decal free look), but the link below is a search on the CZP website, and includes all the options beginning with 93094. Look for the ones specifying 94-96 Twin Turbo.

    https://conceptzperformance.com/search.php?search=93094

The long decal you have, p/n 93094-42P10, should not be fitted to your 3rd brake light panel. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the series one spoiler, which was mounted to the hatch across the entire width, see pic below. This spoiler incorporated a high brake light, and for both reasons the 3rd brake light panel was totally redundant. The black decal you have was used so the rounded bottom to the tail-lights was carried over to the top for appearance purposes.

If you are interested in selling this decal, let me know - I will need one in due course :)

Hope this has tidied everything up for you, cheers, Mikey.

    Mikey's pictures......

    ...& explanation are accurate.
Just to add a bit more detail.
JDM Z's have the "Nissan Fairlady Z" decal applied as pictured, regardless of whether they are NA's or TT's.

JDM Twin Turbo Z's did NOT have a "Twin Turbo" decal applied on the right side.

The "Twin Turbo" decals are US Spec, as well as the "Nissan" decal on the left side.
US Spec Z's did NOT have the "Nissan Fairlady Z" decal.

If you look closely at the Nissan Fairlady Z decal in Mikey's picture.
The decal does not appear to be aligned correctly, it has the appearance that the Nissan is lower than the Z after the word Fairlady in relation to the bottom edge of the plastic strip.
It is difficult to get the alignment correct due to the curvature of the plastic strip & as previously mentioned, you only get one go at putting on these decals.

I think I have decided to go "bare". To me it looks better Mikey.
As for the strip, PM me an address.
It's yours and I will pack it as well as I can and send Wednesday.
No payment required - I call it a learning experience!
Thanks for the pics - they gave me impetus to go "nekkid"!
    Best regards
    Ron

Yep - I am going bare.
Don't think my Bodyworks dude is up to it anyway. Reinstalled the rear wiper 90 degrees out of whack so it's jammed under the wing.
Only picked that up when I hit the rear wiper and nothing happened!

I am also wondering if someone didn't take the girl out and thrash her while I was away.
Out of the blue the shift is a little notchy and when warm there is a ringing sound like a bearing or similar when the clutch is fully depressed.
The clutch is a heavy duty unit and only has around 10,000kms of gentle use.
Like a total drone I didn't note the odometer on dropping her off.
    Any ideas on that?
    best regards
    Ron
