doing an order from czp and was wonder if can get the main and connecting bearings of the shelf std size or do i need sizes from a machine shop
and is it better to have +0.001'' Extra Oil clearance?

and spring rates for coils on a track z

i have g master pros 12/10 on my s13 and handles great

what are the spring rates people use in there track z's

I dont see it as better .. but more importantly machine shop to check and advise you that all the clearances are the same (within spec can vary a fair bit).

8/6 is commonly used for a lightened Z

9/7 can be used for a heavy Z

    cheers
was looking at 10/8 in the bc coilover $1300 delivered from just jap as my cheaper option. heard they hold up good compared to other cheap brands like d2 and ksport ones that come from same place i think.

would 10/8 be to stiff for track?
car not going to be lightened much. taken out all sound detner, rear carpets tire. egr, aiv any brackets that dont get used, hicas etc but most interior staying in place. hopefully have enough for a race seat should of been the first thing i got haha.
car is also licensed hopefully remain licensed.

I think so but depends on your overall setup
run stock swaybars with a high spring rating

got Stillen 300ZX Adjustable Sway Bars Front/Rear Sway Links
solid diff and subframe bushes with spacers to lower roll centre
    aftermarket traction, toe camber arms.
    strut braces
    uas under brace
would love the extra roll center with lower arms but running out of money maybe later date.

so with this set up 8/6 work great then?

    I would .
every setup requires a little trial and error for final results
