So the other night thought it might be nice to take the z out, after it being off the road a while. Got in started ok, went to turn lights on and no dash lights or pods, lights are on high beam no matter what you change them too.
I have checked all the fuses, all fine. I have no idea what would have caused this.
Also stereo lost complete power about a week before hand..
Im hoping no sort of voltage spike? fuses would hopefully catch that though.

    Any help would be awesome

Can you get another right-hand pod to test? It could be the light switch.

Do you have parkers? What about dash and pod lights?

Edit: Hmmm scratch that. There is a relay you can check. Let me find a circuit for you.

The Dimmer relay may be at fault.

Thanks l'll have a look tomorrow, i can manually bypass the pod, but not sure how to test the relay.
Still don't understand how it would stay on high beam though?

My money is on the fuse in the drivers side kick panel, happened to me. Can't remember which fuse exactly, check the tech section it has a translated diagram for what the fuses are.

I would check your fuses again, as stated this is the standard symptoms for a blown fuse.

Ok so this morning I went out check all the fuses again ( all fine )
Pulled the centre piece out to start looking around the head unit, sort of just stared at all the wires decided to bail out of the situation, put the surround back on and everything works again ( except the clock? ) I don't know whether to be happy or sad, now I will be waiting for the problem to just reappear..

    Thanks for the diagrams vader!
