There is discussion going on at the 3zc forums about Raptor doors and I found this Zed in my archives with not only this door feature, but its one piece bonnet that I never realized before. Looks like the creator hacked the bumper sides and welded it all together for a clean bonnet without any lines. It would be great if any brave souls try this as I read here about someone trying something similar. I photo-shopped it to make it look decent

1 piece bonnet that adds the nose panel to the bonnet is welcome. Adding the gaurds as shown doesn't make any sence at all to me. There is still "guards" left on the car AND on the bonnet. Hence doesn't give extra engine bay access and simply would ADD weight. So.....WTF is the point? But yeah, the nose panel is one thing that really annoyed me about the Z32. Would look heaps better as one peice. That said, it IS nice to have the old POD filter hidden down there

I'll raise my hand and admit that theres not one design that I've even been remotely interested in, but I like having Arashi around all the same. Without him, I wouldn't have just p1$$ed myself laughing at a batman and robin photochop of him. The way I figure, the 300zx has the most digusting and hideous aftermarket options of any car i've ever seen... if Arashi can ever finish his paper mache creation, more power to him. I'll add him to the list... but in the meantime, I'm entertained all the same. I like the lines of the nose panel, but I am curious about a single piece all the same. My girlfriends Alfa GTV has one giant fibreglass bonnet that does the same thing. Plenty of room under there when its lifted up...
