I have started to pull my engine out and have noticed a bit of oil in the plenum, the exhaust is smoking on the rh hand side only, I was thinking it was the turbo seal causing the smoke, should oil be in the plenum?
I just finished putting my plenum back on and it appears that a small amount in the plenum is normal. There is a post / tech article on doing a p.v.c re-route mod if it botheres you but i feel a little bit of extra oil going thru the motor would do more good than harm and if Nissan was worried about it they would of changed the design.
