    Hey all.

I am looking at ordering a oil catch can for the Z from UAS but before I do I am looking for a little guidence on fitting them.

Now, I know we have the two rear valve cover outlets going to the PCV's and the front valve cover outlets going directly to the hard pipes.. now my question is
-> with only 2-connectors on the catch cans, how does it get hooked up reliably on the 300... if anyone that knows could whip up a ms paint piccy or something, I think many other people may also benifit as I have searched the net for the last 3 hours and have found only 1 half assed dodgy representation that didn't even run back to the intake but instead just vented out of the catch can through a filter (I don't like this idea.)

    Thanks in advance....

    oil catch

Mate ive always thought they are really just a waste of money and underbonnet space.. SOME1 PROVE ME WRONG, u certainly dont c any oil catch cans in the high tuner spec cars being built/modified in japan. just my opinion, also,, where would u mount it (assuming your not going 2 relocate your battery)

    ports the pro

You run hoses from the cam cover outlets along side the throttle bodies,
from there you run them to a 't piece' to combine them, and then run the single
line to the catch can. The 'outlet line' can then return to the air intake for the
passenger side turbo to complete the system. Hope this helps.

wazTTZed - My battery is already relocated to the boot for intercooler spray unit and power distribution etc... so that is where the catch can is going.. I am trying to prevent oil/slude build up in I.C.'s etc (there was a 'litttle' please don't read 'a lot' of oil in my intakes)... just trying to prevent all theses things while dressing up the Engine Bay etc...

What about the cam cover to PCV's, do I bypass/block these to prevent oil in the plenum after the catch-can is installed.. btw.. I have already done the FULL plenum pull hose bypasses etc...

I'm trying to do the same thing, have the can mounted

just need to actually find out which hoses to divert. Have asked b4 but never got a straight answer. I know the front breathers are easy but i'm confused about the back ones. Can u totally by-pass the PCV's with a can or do they need to stay? And can anyone post a pic of the actual hoses (rear) to divert?

BTW, my can is mounted under the center panel next to passenger headlight, easy to mount there, and looks good throught the front bar. Sorry don't have pic of it at the mo.
