I just took the car for a drive. and it has no power, the gauge only reads vac when it had 9psi yesterday, i think one has seized :(
Will you still get boost with one dead turbo? or will it stop the plenum from pressurizing

You will be lucky to make a pound or 2 manifold pressure with one dead turbo. Just to rule it out, do a boost leak test, although it is unlikely to be the issue if it is still running fine.

    Should still see some boost.

I blew the drivers side boost pipe right after the turbo off completely a few weeks back and although it was dumping raw fuel and wouldnt rev past 3.5k it still showed SOME boost.

Yeah still starts and idles nice drives fine just no power under load. Im going by the stock gauge so im kinda guessing it says exactly zero.

Still runs and revs fine which is good i guess
I had a quick look when i got back and things looked in place but will throw a more acurate gauge on it tomorrow and have a better look.

I should say now that the pass side turbo has had a squeel under boost for some time now so im not going to be surprised if it has seized

Could it be a stuck wastegate?

i would also check your recirv valves and your bovs, to see if they are open as well.

Take off your tb intake hoses and unplug your maf then start it up and see if you can feel air coming from both of the pipes before the tb's. You should feel air just by reving slightly.

Well i tried what you said Chris and i could feel air coming out the drivers side pipe and nothing from passenger side. I also threw another gauge on it and im getting something less than 1psi.
Is the waste gate the next thing to check or should there be air coming from the pipe no matter what.
I read somewhere that i can use a compressed air and a blow down gun to see if the actuators are moving. is there any more info on this procedure.

I found even when the waste gate was jammed open I could still feel air. I would remove your dump to see if its a seized turbo. Time for a upgrade :)

Hmmm upgrade is there much work in fitting these
Should be able to afford something half decent in another month

    By the

gt600 kit from coz, its the same thing, costs more but you get all the bits to make it work, like braided ss oil feed lines with restrictors, gaskets, modified L+R Return Tubes, adapters and bolts, outlet pipes silicone hoses and T-bolt clamps, 12-15 PSI adjustable actuators (24-30 PSI Total) and they have been clocked, so you don't have to do it. More expensive but so much easier to bolt up.

Still only 12-15psi total, pressure from each turbo is not cumulative. Otherwise agree 100%, GT600 kit is a great street set up for those not wanting 1 billion hp.

    I think

what Garret/coz are trying to say (24-30 PSI Total) from each turbo, not really what you'd want them doing. ebc and 18psi seems good to me.
