After weeks of non-events, due to bad weather or low numbers,it was great to have a thrash! :LOL: Very hot conditions, 40 degrees, didn't keep many away though, but it was sweaty in the queue. :sick: JT had his first run at wsid and scorched out a couple of runs, high 12's/ low 13's, me thinks. Think he needs some help from Micky Thomson. Caz and the kids came along for some moral support and a pretzil. Unlucky about the exhausts Caroline (bloody turbos).See you on the 17th. Managed to squeeze in six 1/4's. Last run was my PB, don't laugh, 15.952 at 89 mph. Worst run, 16.154 at 87.4 mph, was my first. Running in the 'DragWarz' on Sat 17th, so i'll be dialing in a 15.90 and flooring it. :thumbsup:
High 12's I wish! It was a very busy night! I only had time for two runs, first one a 13.8 at 106mph with heaps of wheelspin. The second was a better launch and run a 13.30 at 107mph. I then realised I had my boost controller on the low boost setting of 15psi instead of the usual 18psi! doh! I usually get 110-112 MPH so that explains it. Much stickier track than Willowbank though, my second run might have gone close to 1.9 I think, not sure though as the right hand lane didnt register any 60ft times on both of my runs. Still no 12s but getting closer, just need a nice cool night and a good launch methinks.

Was a really fun night :thumbsup:, felt odd not racing but nice to be able to chat to everyone and actually watch from the grandstand not the lineup! Usher was there too. Great to see you break 16 Ports, well done. You and your Zed are very consistent and should do well at DragWarz....probably be doing better times than me with my 'leaks':angry:...put on your entry form that you want to pit with me and hopefully they'll accomodate. I'll be with Bezerkly again and a few of the Skyline crew.*ducks for cover* Great time JT ! 13.3 for only your second run at the track. if you do want a pair of MT streets let me know They aren't as expensive as R Comps. Uhhh, arent all ANDRA certified drag strips? The only time 400m and not 410m is used is on Wednesday night street meets. For the record, my 12sec pass was done at an official ANDRA meet. How many more can say the same? haha
OK Franz, yours is better , so comp times you've actually gone 10mtrs further for your time?? Have I understood you properly Franz??
3 feet is a long way when 100ths of a second really matter! This is encouraging news for me Franz. My times at Supernats would of been on a 410 track??
