yeah, you could gain the same experience unbolting the catback exhaust.. lol.. the way i see it, the experience you gain from un-doing the dumps is sort of a once or twice a life time thing with these car's, unless your going into the business of removing/installing them.
nope, got the dumps and fronts on but cant get em to match with the catback, when i get the left side matching, the right side doesnt match, when i get the right side matching, the left side doesnt match. Anyone got a picture of which way the front pipe gromets have to be? i cant figure out if the gromet is at the top or the bottom. :bash::bash::bash::bash::bash: edit : nvm found a pic in tech section, SIIIIGH...this sux lol
lol just started her up with the dumps / fronts only, sounds sooooooooooo good, turbo spool is ****ING LOUD AS ****, damnit..DAMNIT...i want it to stay like that
If you really must use the new bolt, cut the end down to size with a hacksaw, then carefully file the burrs down. As long as you are careful and don't make a mess of it, it should be fine to use the cut-down bolt.
all the bolts should be fine to use. however, the top 2 bolts on each dump are better suited to the stock top bolts. plain and simple
only thing i can suggest with the exhaust is using something to wedge under the exhaust (phone books/other shit) till you get the right hight to line em up to the cat back..
