So I'm getting my Z31 ready for blueslipping and i realize i have no high beam. Can anyone help with some of the more non common problems? I realize it might just be a blown fuse and i'll check that tomorrow, but to get some info early would be awesome.
Most likely blown fuse but don't rule out the globes themselves. My old VN wagon lost both highbeams at the exact same time once...flicked them over and nothing, checked the fuse and it was fine, checked the globes and both blow. Replaced and everything was fine for over 12 months.
The relay closes the 12v to the chassis ground. This is for both low beam and high beam if that helps you with diagnosis.
