Nistune Board for sale, tuned to suit a TT, 5 speed Manual with following mods :

Apexi Power Air Intake
Full 2.5 inch cat back mandrel bent exhaust system
FMIC
Stock Turbo's.

Obviously will suit anything with the above being bigger SMIC's or FMIC and different brand Air filters (as long as its better than stock) same with exhaust.

Also obviously able to fine tune it even more so to get more out of it. Or if you are running different mods will need too.

Car was making 222kw @ 10psi @ the wheels.

is this plug and play, i.e., do i remove my ecu, and plug this one in its place?

or is it just the chip, and need to get it installed?

 

It's a daughter board, IE piggy back unit pretty much, so yeah plug and play, unless you want to do further tuning on it which is an option if your mods dont suit the similar ones its been tuned for (or change them down the track)

The Nistune board works with your existing ECU, basically allows your factory ECU to be tuned otherwise it cannot be So yes it is just the board but that is all you need. It will be set up with the existing tune for what I had it tuned for (as said in prior posts) when you plug it in to your ECU

2. How do NIStune boards work?

Unlike any other type of daughterboards available for Nissan vehicles on the market, NIStune boards are the only real-time tuning solution available on a single small standalone board.

Once initially programmed, the NIStune board is permanently installed in the owners ECU (engine control unit). The ECU can then be tuned on a dyno via either the USB connector for Type 1 boards or Consult port for Type 2-4 boards.

Combined with the powerful user friendly NIStune software, real-time monitoring, map tracing and tuning is quick and simple.

How easy is the install?

We use the existing consult port provided on Nissan ECUs, so there is minimal wiring required to get your board running.

For earlier ECUs, only 4 wires to the ECU for basic functionality are required. For later model 16-bit ECUs, all is requried is installation of the standard 40 pin connector.

Installation is as painless as can possibly be with a factory ECU. However if you are not experienced with electronic installation, we recommend you either send it to us for installation or take the ECU to an electronic repair shop, with our instructions to get them to install the board.

lol thats exactly what you do. Like I said if you got the mods I listed that's all you do, plug it in away you go.

I think he means the nistune board installed in an ECU ready to just pull the old ecu out and plug this one in its place. No soldering etc...

 

Can you post some pics so people get a better understanding of exactly what your selling and what they will be getting for there money just so there is no confusion.
