The Nistune board just shipped to HK and I will install it today.
I just install the boost gauge for my Zed and find that my Zed is running on 11.7psi. I checked and she did not have any after market boost controller or boost jet. What cause it running 11.7psi boost level?

My Zed did Cat-back exhaust, twin pod K&N air filter, splitfire ignition coils and japanese mods ECU chips. but I am still running with stock turbo and stock injector.
( I could upload the BIN which downloaded from Nistune software )
I am going to do tune with nistune but new on tuning... and I do not really trust tuner in HK because I think most of them did not have any experience with our Zed.
    ( and RRRRReally costly!! )

That's why I would like to tune by myself for 98 fuel. ( Only 98 octane fuel is running in HK.:p )
Any tips and BIN file could share to me and let me based on these files to do fine tune by myself??

    Many Thanks~ :bash:

If you are really dedicated you could try a remote tune? You would only need a dyno and work out if you could get a set of knock ears to send a signal over the internet. Have the tuner remote into a laptop that is connected to the car. He can instruct you when to do a run etc. Nfi if this would actually work. I dont see why it wouldnt be possible.

Is that any problem for put Nistune board on NA AT 8bit ECU and put on my TT MT 94 use? Because 300zx is extremely rare in HK... I can't really find a turbo MT ECU....

And yay, I could post my BIN file here later on.

When de-soldering chips you suppose to use vacuum de-soldering stations, with very limited heat application (unless working on power pins) otherwise this happens.

It will take someone a bit of time now to re-run tracks...

true... now I've got this result =(
I am planning to get another ECU...
but is that possible to use NA, AT ECU on Turbo MT Zed?

I've got the BIN file from my original Japanese tuned ROM.

You can use the NA ECU fitted with Nistune in a TT.
You could email Matt at Nistune & ask if he could send you a tune for your modifications, or there is always the Nistune forum.

I am thinking if it is possible to repair those ECU trace by using Electric Paint Pen... if NA AT ECU with Nistune board having problem...

I would have thought you could have it done pretty cheap. Or even take a day trip to shenzhen and get it done there.

The sensible thing to do would be to ensure the NA ECU is not damaged or faulty, BEFORE installing Nistune.

That ECU is rooted. You have managed to rip all the through holes out of the PCB. You cannot repair what you have done and expect it to last.

Get a new one and then get someone who can solder properly to remove the chip.

That's not the best de soldering I have ever seen. That said it is easy to fix. Just cut the bits that have pulled off cleanly and carefully away. Then strip both ends of small wire to the correct length and solder onto pins or tracks to make new tracks. Easy as and will last for ever if done correctly. Practice first as your prior attempt was below average.

    Egg ....

If you don't need the chip.

It's so much easier if you cut the chip from the board first. A sharp Stanley Knife does the trick. :)

Next time... I will use cutting tools to cut the chip... :(
I did order a NA MT ECU from eBay and waiting for shipping, at the same time, I order some Electric Paint Pen, will try to get repair it first. Hope it would be OK, it's so hard to find z32 parts in HK... I just went few wreckers today, and no ONE is selling Z32 parts.... :bash:
