hey guys. just thought id post a thread on these rims. i wanna see what people have to say about them/ if anyone knows much i have a set of NISMO LM gt3's 18"x8 and 18"x9 apparently these suckers r pretty rare? been googleing them and they go for around 2k without tyres? they r 2 peice. and found out they r forged does anyone know much about them?
you already know all the essentials there mate, 2 piece, forged, lightweight, high quality, made by rays for nismo. Dont see them as much as the gt1/2's or the gt4's, no idea why that is as they're bloody nice, perhaps not produced as long? Going on the other models price new would've been circa $1k each but for a used set yeah your looking around $2k, more if good nick with tyres. I almost bought a set for $2700 (same sizes as yours & white with good tyres) but offsets where just all wrong so gave them a miss & ended up getting gt4's. If you ever decide to sell you'll get a bit of interest on sau as they'll fit the rwd skylines too.
ahh yeh. well when i was searching around the net i found a set that were sold and that was on skylinesAU i like the GT4's. i see now in ur picture. they are realy nice. id love a black set mine are white. except theres a few chips in the paint and what not. the previous owner of the wheels realyyyyy didnt know how to look after them... nor his zed for that matter.. but i think if i get them cleaned up i shud get an alright price
just get the centers sand blasted and powder coated, then the dish/wheel respun and polished up nicely. shouldnt cost too much, $80 for the powder coating, i think black center with a polished outer wheel would look sweet on the zed!
ah yeh. im missing 1 center cap tho too pretty devostated about that (damnn previous owner!) well they are white at the moment. i considered black, but the white goes with any colour i think. and is nice agianst the red ive seen them with the center chromed and also machine polished. dont think it looks as good

yeh man. thats the car. ive been looking for that listing for agess. because i wanted to know what he had done to it. like the minor sutff as he didnt have many recipts kept for anything. so thanks man. i now know my alternator is only a year old haha yeh well to be honest, it was pretty cheap etc. but i dont think he took care of it very well. alot of things were half done/dodgy but.. cant complain too much. the car is nearly 20 years old
