For sale are brand new Nismo 555cc injectors. A buyer had given me his word that he wanted these & agreed to pay a deposit (which I never received). I have found out now that they are selling their Z & no longer want them
So to put it simply, I've been d!cked around!

Same as last time, $750 including shipping.

Brand new, in boxes (2 per box) & I'm supplying viton o-rings. Locating tabs have already been shaved from the plugs (as pictured).

Need these sold as I've hit hard times financially (cry me a river). For anyone wanting to up their boost, these are a direct bolt in affair & have catered for 400rwkw. Throwing in brand new viton o-rings for free.

$200 cheaper than anywhere else, yours for $750... NO MORE TO PAY :zlove:

Sorry if it's an obvious question, but what are the "locating tabs"?

I'm interested in them, but need to check a few things first.

In one of the pics, it looks like there's a crack at the back of the connector. Is it a crack, or something else (sliver of plastic etc)?

Do the connectors need two or three wires?

As I just bought it recently, I'm not aware of the current injectors installed in the car. I believe they may be aftermarket, but other than that, no idea. I'll see if I can check tonight.

    Hi Radiactor,

The locating tab is to line up the connector to the injector, but the tab & connectors don't line up so they need to be shaved off so they can be plugged in. You can see it in the first picture (the connector plugs on to the purple part up top).

If the crack you are talking about is at the base of the injector, then that is just a protective cap that will be removed when installing.

Injectors require two wires, power (12v) and earth.

FYI: Standard injectors are brown in appearance.

The tops of my current injectors are grey, so I presume not stock. I might be able to get a better look tomorrow, but who knows if there's any identifying markings on the visible bit...

Get them cleaned and flow tested. If they are aftermarket keep em, if not sell them either way win win.

Personally, I don't know of any after market injector for the Z that is grey. As Adamness said, only way to know is by removing & having them tested. Accessing the injectors on a VG is a bit of a pain though, specially if you haven't done it before.

Are you able to take a pic of one and post it up?

    My JECS 750's are grey.

It seems all the JECS early style pintle injectors are dark grey, but require newer style connectors.

Aren't the JECS just reworked stock injectors ?

The stock colour could be described as a greeny grey, heat effected brown even.

Its that colour your water went went painting lots as a kid. (If you grew up before video games.)

Left in first picture and bottom picture are stock 370cc injectors.

JECS are rebuilt standard type injectors, but have new tops, filters etc. Mine fit S1 rails but have S2 plugs.

Rebuilt implies second hand to me, where as I thought the JECS were new ones reworked, oh well guess I was wrong, if not reworked by JECS, rebuilt buy who ?

For me brand new NISMO 555 purple tops all the way, native injector/spray pattern to suit S1 fitment, no buggering around with fuel rails, lower plenum modifications, changing connectors or guessing ... the are the correct and best part for the job up to approx 400RWKW IMHO.

$750 brand new shipped with o-rings, for the best you can buy, $250 cheaper then replacement cost.

On with the sale already !

The left on the first picture pretty much looks like what I have, but the second pic doesn't. I'll see if I can spot any identifying markings on the top when I get home.

My car's a late 1989 build Z32 Manual TT. That means these will pretty much be a direct swap right?

    [OT]
The car was running lovely when I got it about a month and a half ago, but it's recently started running rough. NFI what happened. (I've only run it into boost about 10 times since I've had it, and never gone over 4000rpm :()

I can't really do the work myself, because I'm living in a unit with minimal parking/work space.
    [/OT]

I'll be taking it to a shop sometime next week to see what they have to say, so if they're doing work on the engine, I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to install the injectors while they're at it.

The injector connector will identify whether you have JECS or not. I'm guessing they are stock, but it is just a guess not being able to see them.

Yes these injectors are a direct swap for series 1 (89-94). Your ECU will require socketing (if not already done) & a new eprom.

    Hi
Are these injectors still for sale.
I gather the plugs are a direct fit or would I need adapters?
What is involved in socketing the ECU and a new eprom? can I do this with right gear, or is it best for the experts, its just that there is no one that does that sort of thing where I live.
I am new to zed scene. the closest dyno is around a hundred k's away. would it be driveable before that is done?
    Thanks
