they do mate, this was the last item to tick off. The rear bars, side skirt skirts & now bolt on diffusers are all available for both variants. Plus the wing.
They've posted it a heap of times, once this product was finalised all their items will be available in a 'group buy' at once via z1 & uas.

Why is it so hard to grasp that this is a small company making a line of parts for a single model of discontinued sports cars?

Either you like the parts enough to justify the cost, and buy them, or you can't justify the cost, and don't.

I sure as hell wouldn't want to have something I created and designed replicated by someone in a far away land because a few of the already limited members of the target market don't want to pay/wait for shipping. If the outsource the manufacturing for each continent they themselves will have NOBODY to sell to...

Just buy it or don't, is what I'm saying. If it's such a problem organize somebody to make you a copy but don't expect the original manufacturer to do it for you.

    Lets see here,
shipping to US for each part $$$ and after
shipping to Aus for each part $$$

why not line up those dollar notes back into the pocket of the seller and buyers.
Plus, when its cheaper for the buyer, there will be more sales, thus more profits for the seller.
The problem here is them finding someone who they can trust (who will PayPal them all royalties) and will replicate the parts for a reasonable price and decent quality.

If we're going to think far away land, why should they even sell one copy to Australia and risk it being copied?

This is obviously a passion for these guys, I'd imagine they'd like to continue the process of producing their parts rather than assume a business management type role

Let's put this into prospective. Let's say your vigor design developed sufficient interest to produce a full prototype. Would you rather develop and produce the prototype yourself or outsource it to, say, china where it can be produced faster and cheaper from virtual models, sketches and notes?

Then if said kit is economically viable to put into production and sell, would you want to produce it locally yourself or have somebody else do it closer to the market and hope they don't steal from you or deteriorate in quality?

And lastly, to have someone else handle production in Australia or America it would raise the cost of production due to a higher average pay rate, higher rent on a work shop or factory and a higher cost of base materials. While the customer will be paying less I would guess that TwinZ wouldn't see much of a profit boost..

Yes, they are compatible with OEM mudflaps.

I think I forgot to post it here...Check the link:

We prefer to have a big bulk shipped to our exclusive dealer than having to work on every separeted shipment...Wouldn't be cheaper either.

UAS is the best Z specialist distributor in Australia and they have a lot experience when it comes to move big orders.

Aus/UK-spec OEM bumpers versions of the diffusers (2+0 and 2+2) will be offered on the group buy too.

There were a couple of delays on the first order, but the first order is always the one that give you the experience needed to do it better and faster on the next ones...Also, last time we had the Japan's Tsunami that put on hold a lot freight activities during the time the import was getting done.

    There are 2 options:

    1. Cut off the tow hooks and install the diffuser.
    2. Trim 2 small section on the diffuser where the tow hooks should contact the diffuser (on the upper part of the exhaust opening), so you can install it keeping the tow hooks on the stock location.

We will try to post some pics of the diffuser on our red 2+2, but that will take some time since it's at the shop getting some work done to it.

Thanks. The truth is that you won't make these parts cheaper if you make them in Australia and even the royalties and commisions would make them more expensive.

These parts are not easy to make at all as most people think...They are not flat simple pieces (as you see on other cars)...The diffuser for example is a ver complex shaped piece made specially for the Z32 and to attach as a factory piece and the mold has many different sections that attach together to get the best result for a quality fitment and factory look...It takes a lot of man-hours to make just one unit.

Some guy is saying that Peru is not a country to manufacture this kind of products ...I would say Peru is one of the countries with the most experience with fiberglass in the world and our products are a proof of that with their excellent fitment and finish, better than any other FRP/fiber glass aftermarket product we have seen from Japan, USA or anywhere else...We think our customers around the world can vouch for that.

    Thanks...

    1) That's what we are currently doing...We will be offering all our 2+0 and 2+2 parts together on the upcoming group buy.

2)Check reply above...The time is not a problem anymore, we finally have our own shop/factory now and that definitely have speed up our production process and the only waiting you will see is the freight time that take around 40 days...Not that bad, IMO.

We are shooting to have the total order ready just in time when the group buy ends, so it can be shipped next day if possible.

Since the part is basically under the car and wont be seen that close, I think using other strategies like vacuum forming can create the same iteam, even if two parts need to be joined together, to get the same effect for very cheap.
They have workers, Ive fiberglassed parts and its not fun at all, in-fact I loath it.

That is not the same thing, if I made the parts as Twinz have and sent it to China to have it cloned cheap for my customers and sat back to collect royalties, I would still reap the rewards of my product without going into my backyard and mixing up a batch of toxic resin everyday to make panels.

That is where finding someone to trust is the hard part. When I first joined this forum, member Gonzo seemed like he was respected by this community and I would contract the work to someone like him but again if we were to assume parts being copied, an AMS Zedder could order the kit anytime and do this without consent now.

It all depends on how you plan your business model. In a month time I plan to build a brick oven in the backyard and use cheap flexible plastic sheets to instantly create my panels by way of vacuum forming. To create one diffuser may be as cheap as $50 this way.

Actually I dont, hence my question earlier regarding the Twinz selling them directly. My question was answered, as was yours, but you still couldn't help arguing your stupid point.
When you actually make something, and sell it with the success that the Twinz have had, then offer your learned advice. Unfortunately for you, the stars, the planets and all the galaxies in the univers would have to align in a penis shaped dot-to-dot before anyone pays you a dollar for your "creation".

Twinz, best of luck with your product. It's a beautiful piece and if the feedback on your previous goods is anything to go by, I'm sure they are top notch quality.
Id love to have one complimenting my car's arse end if I can justify the price.

Assrash nobody wants to know about what you love getting done to yourself at night!!! stop being jealous that we all would rather buy from Twinz or practically anybody elses products than buy something of yours!!!

Twinz thanks for the answers :) Looking forward to the group buy :)

Assrash just because nobody wants to buy your kit because it is just crap, doesnt mean its good...it means it is CRAP!!!

    Peace :)

Just a quick slightly unrelated question. Of the people who have bought the 2 seater full diffuser, have they had any problems fitting it (apart from the tow hooks)? Was there any cutting and adjusting?

You can buy a plastic box for $5 these days, there are other ways to make parts now or maybe there is someone in Australia that can make these fiberglass parts which will benefit both parties... but you guys can keep your heads in the sand, its not a product that I desire.
Also Ive yet to release a kit for sale and half of Elie's [IMG] thanks can be attributed to me for his mocking.

    couple of quick questions......

I can clearly see 4 mounting points (bolt/screw on), but these 4 points seem to be in an area that would hardly hold the unit in place securely....

So I'd asume there's either additional hidden mounting points or does the unit require glueing aswell as the 4 fixing points ?

In relation to that ...... what glue would be used ..... urthane ?

    Secondly.....................

What is the unit made from ?
    Fibreglass / moulded urthane / plastic / other ???????

The reason I ask is based on a flexability issue and or trim fit requirements when fitting to a std rear bar.

Also it may effect the painting proceedure required for those that would want to color match it to their respective cars...... and it may also effect those wishing to 'mould' the unit into their rear bar with a more of a "flowed" effect.

    Like the design........
purchase would be VERY dependant on fitting requirements and ability to be further 'crafted' onto my zeds....

One other thing I was pondering upon over the weekend......

Could the centre section alone be made available for sale ??????

    Reason:

There are those of us that allready have a rear valance fitted to our cars, BOMEX / VEILSLIDE etc etc etc .... yet these 'kits' dont alter the centre section styling that far from the stock bar.

Should a centre section alone be made I'll order 4 from you right now....
