hi everyone, here is some photos for my Zed with DIY installed under car neon (LED)!! Cheers :zlove:
it will switch on when the door open or switch on when i press the button in the car. moreover i added a small LED ( like the alarm's LED ) to let me know is that switch on or not
*cough- RICEBOY... End Cough* For rice they look nice!!! Was half expecting a pic of you doing 2fast 2furious style down the highwya with ricers beside you. Problem with that is, we all know Z's have more than Rice!!!! Nice job mate Fate...
are under car neons illegal in SA?? damn NSW tight rules looks nice how much the neons cost (un installed)?
I hate those LED neon thingys Actual neon lights loow better cause its not dotted like LEDs, its an even glow. But each to their own I guess
Re: are under car neons illegal in SA?? damn NSW tight rules it's illegal in SA.... that why i added a button to switch them off. the neons i brought from hk only about AUD $6 (HKD30) and i install it by myself... therefore less than $15 all up!! heeha
I'd go get your money back dude......if you HAVE to put..... neons under your car, at least go with the neon tubes. That dotted look just looks stupid. No offence, but I just don't get it.
not bad mate, maybe u could make some sort of diffuser to go over the LEDs so that the beams are not so concentrated (dotted). Even add a few more so its more even, thery're not in tubes im guessing? just individuals right? Where did u say u got them from... hk? what/where that? web site?
LEDs dont have to be dotted like that You can have LED tubes that gives a superior shine to a neon tube
Re: not bad mate, maybe u could make some sort of diffuser to go over the LEDs yea~ they're individuals. actually im oversea student from HK(that's why im not gd in english  ). so i brought it when last time i went back to hk. dotted LED is much cheaper than normal one and easy to put in my luggage when i came back here
Re: LEDs dont have to be dotted like that that's different style  some of the japanese guy will install the dotted LEDs in there car ( like D1 Biltz R34 which is 4door one for drift racing) but... the main reason is much cheaper and easy to install it heeha
The VIP Style guys in Japan all use white spaced out lights they call them puddle lights... Its a different concept really, supposed to light up spots on the ground for a 'hotel foyer' effect or something like that. Only in white though, and only on the sideskirts...
