G'day, well I have finished the engine rebuild (340rwkw 18lb boost), now its time for a new gearbox and diff, I am getting the gearbox from the states, my question is... what is a good diff ratio and where can I get one, I don't intend racing or drifting but do like to do the occasional quarter mile at the creek, apart from that it is a weekend road car. Weeeeeeelllllllllll, you have 2 real easy options. One is close enough to a truck diff and bulletproof at 3.7 and the other is 30mm smaller but still tough as nails and is 4.1 The 4.1 is a no brainer to me, for good liftoff at low boost but youll have plenty of fun keeping the wheels from spinning with 340 odd RWKw once that sucker spools!!!!!
