Hi Z fans, quick question, where does points "3" & "4" bolt to on the negative battery cable? My TT Manual zed has the cable running from battery "-" to "firewall" aaaaaaaaaand then its just dangling I could reach "4" to the gearbox but then i cant get "3" to reach anything, i'd just like to make sure i'm doing the right thing by connecting "4" to the gearbox and leaving "3" disconnected. The car has never run very well so i'm trying to eliminate possible causes. Any advice? Regards, Grant.
No.3 bolts to a olive green sheet metal bracket that's bolted to the back of the headand block. the earth cable is attached to prevent it from coming in contact with the EGR pipe and melting. Its a pain to get to
