hehehehe.... Maciek buddy, I understand where you are coming from as I spend close to 1 and half hours on the westgate freeway each morning getting into work.. Unfortuneatly, thats the nature of peak hour traffic.. And you know what else, nothing will ever fix it. You add more lanes to a freeway, more peopl use the freeway, hence more cars and you're back to square one. Even if they're werent cars parked on punt road, the amount of cars, plus the traffic lights, plus the cars turning right and blocking a lane would still hold you up.. Just to clarify one point, I dont park on Punt rd so I'm not the one holding you up in the morning.. You cant park on punt rd till 9:30am, by then I'm long gone and in my building at work. I park on Commercial rd, which in no way carries as much traffic as Punt rd. Also, we do wait in side streets, but all the silly doctors and people decide to pull out about 10min early. It does not make it right, and I would love them to wait till 9:00am, but they dont.. Also, if you're getting to work late because of traffic, maybe leave the house a little earlier as you can never account for what will happen in peak hour traffic. I know exactly at what time I have to leave each morning to combat peak hour, and still make it on time. And on those mornings where's theres a 4 car pile up on the westgate, I just accept it..
