Ummm maybe i should have said i need instructions like zx for dummies lol.

Yes i think it has been converted, how do you tell it was a NA conversion kit..is that good or bad?

Well have to check the paperwork with the car in the morning, not sure if has been resprayed or not in some lights i swear the tailgate is the slightiest bit different to the rest of the car

what are the ups and downs of removing
    EGR?
    PRVR?
    AIV?
    Solineods?

How do you adjust the TPS? and what should it be? umm and what is it?

In short , less piping and hoses in engine bay and less parts tO fail or go wrong.
    No real performance gains.

The TPS is adjusted by loosening off the screws (1 top and 1 bottom) and tilting it slightly, it should read 0.44v . This can be checked with a multimeter or via consult .

TPS sounds easy will do that on thursday, now just looking for the instructions.. there doesnt seem to be just an easy step by step on what to do for the AIV

Second picture down, lower right corner its the big brass cylinder looking thing with the disconnected plugs just to the left of it which I think are your old automatic transmission plugs. Anywho.. yea its still there, looks still connected and its hydraulic HICAS btw.

I too have a 4 seater that was complied as a 2 seater, although all the numbers match and so does my colour.

    Who'd you buy it from?

It has definately had a plenum pull done, strange that they did not pull the solenoids.

Has a cazracing spec polished fuel filter and braided fuel line kit.

Also has Smithys Place polished IACV feed pipe.

Looks to be running an oil catch can in the nose.

  12. Anti

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

...you also have an aftermarket oil cap

    For AIV's see here

It appears in the pics that your PRVR solenoid is still connected as well. This can safely be deleted as per this article

I'm surprised this wasn't done during the plenum pull!

ok did the AIV's today.. well 2/3.. cant find the 3rd one. Car is still running good but idle revs have dropped a little, is that normal? adjusting TPS tomorrow (there a bit low anyway) after today car is now idling at 800rpm (before today 1000rpm)

Also checked th ecu for error codes as car still is running right since have bought it, was thought to be a boost leak however on test the ecu i got error code 34, DET sensor.. tomorrows job
Also checked the 02 sensors, left is fine but right is lean? the light didnt flash at all on the right 02 sensor.. options?

OK first thing there are only two AIV's -what do you mean by the third one?

Get your deletes done, TPS adjusted and vacc leaks cleared up and then set the idle via idle adjustment screw.

Boost leak won't throw error codes -but very easily checked. Probably a good idea while you are doing everything else.

DET sensor can be bypassed, not really possible to change with the lower valley plenum in place.

Test sensors as per this article http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.296

I tested the 02 sensors through ecu, followed some intructions on the internet about the ecu light having to blink on and off then turn opposite way for othe 02 sensor, left was fine blinked on and off but right sensor didnt blink at all. will try the pin test tomorrow

Umm am confused now, i thought there was 3, but would explain why i cant find the third

Also i miss understood i thought the TPS was the idle (im still learning)

Is it safe to bypass? theres afew warning on that link about bypassing, is there any way i could replace it or clean it?
