NA to TT

    is the conversion from NA to TT that hard?

    currently got a TT but have located a good priced NA motor. wondering just how hard n whats involved in chaging the na to suit the TT it was in there b4...

    So... you have a Twin Turbo 300ZX
    and you want to go from a TT to NA, not NA to TT as you were saying?
    I'm assuming this because you've said you've "got a TT" but located an "NA motor".

    yeah thats the gist....my TT motor has no compression on the left well low 140's compared to right side of 160's..and the only decent priced angine i can find is an NA so wondering how hard it is to make the NA to a TT so i cant just throw it straight back into my beast...

    get a TT motor, not worth the time, effort or money by a LONG shot. Seems we're getting about 2 of these questions per week these days :p

    If an entire bank is low then it is probably something easy like the timing belt is off by a tooth, or the inlet cam gear locator is damaged.

    Didn't I already tell you this? It's a bazzillion times easier to check these things than to swap from TT to NA.
