Flanges are in the same spot, probably worth getting a quote from someone local to make you up a set that you'll know will tuck up to the body nicely considering how much those will cost you shipped.
It may be worth enquiring as to the price of high flow cats; you should be able to source a pair of stainless 100 cell cats that meet all your roadworthy requirements for under $300/pair. The difference in performance should be negligeable compared to running test pipes (member zisluv made a 5rwhp gain on a 500rwhp motor removing his exhaust from the dump pipes back..) and you're in the clear should anyone care to look.
