on the 4th of august i bought a 2nd z to drive while i wait for my rebuild to be finished and was told it would be ready in a few days. it was over the moon it was a black tt 2+2 looks great and wasin good nick. so a wondered in to pick it up and was told there was a legal hitch and it would be sorted in a few days. i had to fly out for work for 2 weeks so i was keen to get home and have my new z to go for a cruse. When i got home i saw the guy and yet another story. i a patient man and i wanted the z so i put up with story after story it will be ready in a few days over and over. well i got the news today due to legal reasons now it has to go to auction ive been waiting all this time with the cheque in my wallet to buy this z and now i cant get it its broken my heart now i have to start looking all over again
There have been a few threads around of late that would really help you to put your experience in perspective...wow your life must really suck if you can afford to maintain 2 zeds...including the cost of getting one rebuilt. Suck it up princess
If your really dead keen on this particular car. Try and investigate on where the car is getting auctioned at...you might get it cheaper than you thought. Ask the owner, sounds like the owner of it is in debt...it happened to a few people i know. cheers
seconded .. get onto the auctioneers .. they may well be prepared to accept a pre-auction, certain sale at a reasonable price as opposed to a whatever price and risk of auction .. jump in .. nothing to lose ...!!!
lol yer man wtf. fully agree wif baz, goto the auction and pick it up for like 4k less then u were gunna pay, no trouble at all. auction outcomes can be shocking to say the least.
