When I'm driving along sometimes my car revs up between 2000 and 3000 revs.Does anyone know why?I have had my gearbox replaced about a year ago,my car is a auto twin turbo.Any advice would be good:confused:

Your question isn't very clear. My car revs about that when I drive around too :p

Do you mean when ideling, or does it kickdown to early?

    no

I mean i'm driving along in Drive and I will be sitting on about 2000 revs and then it will go to 3000 revs and I'm going the same speed

sounds like the belts are slipping on whatever gear your in

Edit; drop and replace the trans fluid if it's not still red, check the trans fluid level. If you continue to drive with it like this then as soon as it starts slipping take your foot off the accelerator, it can glaze the belts if you continue to power on. You may be up for a rebuild
