I don't understand why people bother selling a car that doesn't run & are guessing at why. Fix it, then sell it. I wouldn't buy it for $12,500 when they assume it's a head gasket :bash:
agree, when i read not running, i automatically think new engine, cause thats more than likely going to be the case, and if its not then your in front........
thats it,. TT with a dead engine with rego will sells between 3 and 5k .... plus then you have the issue that its ORANGE... that cuts your potential market by at least 75%

this car was also sold to PIMP300 @ $22k i think and the next person, possibly the chick "miss TT" or whatever the username was, bought it for $20k. lots of BS in that ad.
Simmo you knob, i bought it...it is the car in my sig some of those pics in the car sales advert look like pics taken by cra-z-boy years ago....some pics show the rear wing with winglets and others without....dont know how recent half those photos are...
I have had personal experience with this car, about 4 or 5 years ago when Chris owned it. Back then it had HEAPS of brand new nissan OEM gear fitted, lots of aftermarket goodies and has had many of the mods done that most of you guys are still doing. The motor was a full rebuild with copper?? (from memory) head gaskets and was also 'O' ringed. The car initially ran with the new motor, however for some reason there was a rush to ship it to WA (via a road freight company with orange trucks). When picked up in WA it would not run. Your guess is as good as mine as to what happened. Would be a good buy. The engine has some nice internals from memory.
has $5000 car stereo 2x 15" sub woofers , tweeters , cd player , stacker, $3000 mag wheels low profile Chrome . Orange house of colours paint job . Two new twin turbos new intercooler 2x side mount . zennon white lights , chrome interior under bonnet . Blow off valve used to clock 400 horsepower in back wheels . Apexi boost control , new microtech ECU a stereo, mags, intercoolers, hid lights, bovs, boost controller and microtech dont exactly add up to 80k unless your paying someone 1000 bucks a hour as they say one persons loss is anothers gain..
i remember it on a cruise over here several years ago and it was running VERY nicely hehe..... but there was a chick over here that bought it some time later, posted up one of the usual my cra isnt running right threads and then disappeared a few weeks later....im assuming it this girl now selling the car...
